1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized, altered, stained or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Process for Returns/Exchanges:

- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary information to complete your return/exchange.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.
4. Defective or Damaged Items:
- In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately with details and supporting photographs.
- We will arrange for the return or exchange of the defective or damaged item at our expense.
5. Sale and Clearance Items:
- Sale and clearance items are eligible for return or exchange, following the same guidelines mentioned above, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
